Formula Three

This weekend of top class racing is primarily split into two categories: GT Championship &

Formula 3 and usually run on the Grand Prix circuit at Brands; a fantastic weekend of speed

& racing awaits all those that crave watching the stars of tomorrow, with prestigious and

very expensive marques including:

Ascari, Aston Martin, Dodge Viper, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche to name but few!

The GT Championship is currently split into three classes, GT3 – GT4 & Invitation; race cars being close to their road car equivalents with striped out interiors (to save weight) and safety enhancements fitted. Limited, and strictly policed, modifications can be made to the suspension, engine and bodywork.

Each race commences with a rolling start, in 2x2x2 line astern grid information; with normally only one pace lap excepting where track conditions change or grid formation is incorrect.

British F3 is the leading single seater championship in the UK, and reputedly the worlds leading F3 category. Effectively these drivers are the stars of tomorrow; win in the British F3 and you’re earmarked as a driver to watch.

In order that the drivers’ skill excels, all the cars feature similar technical specification with Formula 3 engines producing around 210bhp.
