British Superbikes Championship

The British Superbike Championship has become synonymous with some of the most exhilarating racing in world motorsport which in the 2008 season saw the four top riders ‘sadly for the fans’ graduate to WSB (Messrs Byrne, Haslam, Crutchlow & Sykes) which will not be raced at Brands in 2009!

However the British Superbikes produces fast, frantic & serious motorcycle action (for bikes typically with an engine capacity greater than 1000cc) with support races including championships like the Henderson Yamaha R1 Cup, KTM 990 Duke Battle offer those with a clubman licence and a modest budget - with up & coming riders.

The Airwaves Ducati of Shane Byrne was crowned the 2008 Bennett’s BSB champion.
